Designed to improve your child’s overall strength, endurance, and coordination through a variety of activities; KidFit will help children sleep more soundly, become more focused, and better able to manage physical and emotional challenges both at school and at home. Activities will include boxing, aerobics, plyometrics, strength training, yoga and so much more!
