Group Fitness Classes


We have over 70 group fitness class options on our schedule each week and they are open to all levels of  fitness and experience. All of our group fitness classes are free and included with membership, there is no additional charge. If you are attending class for the first time please feel free to come a little bit early and the instructor will be more than happy to help you get set-up for class and demonstrate some of the basic moves you will see in class.

It is important to note that all classes involving equipment, boxing bags, bikes or TRX straps (Cycling, Cyclebox, Kickboxing, TRX or HIIT Fit classes) require that you sign-up ahead of time to secure your spot in class as we have a limited number of bikes and bags available.  You can reserve your spot in class online by clicking on the button below.


All other classes on our schedule do not require sign-up and all you need to do is show up ready to get a great workout! The Y will provide all equipment needed for all classes including boxing gloves, yoga mats and free weights but you may bring your own equipment if you desire.

*Participants are strongly encouraged to sign-up for these classes to reserve their spot. **Takes place in the pool.

A.O.A. – Active Older Adults programming focused on maintaining an individuals independence, bone density, muscle integrity and cardiovascular endurance.

AWESOME ABS – Express class designed to attack the abdominal & lower back muscles. Come to class warmed up.

BARRE* – Combines elements of barre, dance and yoga. Exercises are high intensity and low impact, choreographed to fun and motivating music, and emphasize toning the legs and butt, as well as strengthening the core.

BATTLE ROPE INTERVAL – Get ready to sweat with this high energy, circuit style training incorporating Battle Ropes, Kettlebells and so much more.

BODY SCULPT – Muscle conditioning class that provides a balanced total body workout.

BOOTCAMP – Fun workout that incorporates obstacle courses, stations and circuits. This workout contains cardio and strength conditioning and works on your power and agility. Featuring HIIT, Tabata and Interval style workouts.

CORE – Express class focusing on the core muscles of the body. It strengthens the abs and their opposing muscles as well as stabilizing them. Come to class warmed up.

CIRCUIT FUSION – Fun, challenging, moderate/fast-paced movement sequences incorporating marching, grapevines, pivots, turns, knee lifts and much more! Come to class ready to exercise your body and your mind!

CYCLE CIRCUIT* – Cycling with a combination of Strength Training.

CYCLEBOX*The ultimate cardio workout hitting both upper and lower body by alternating intervals of cycling and boxing.

CYCLING* – Indoor cycling workout incorporating visual imagery, verbal cues and energy zones. All fitness levels welcome as cyclists work at their own level.

DEEP WATER FITNESS** – A medium level intensity class that strengthens and tones muscles while improving cardiovascular endurance. Belts are worn for buoyancy. Strong swimming skills are not required.

FRIDAY FINISHER* – The focus of this class is to incorporate cardio and strength training that will increase endurance, muscle strength and core stability. This class is for those looking for an intense workout to finish off the week.

H2O FITNESS** – This water fitness program provides a lower-impact but challenging cardiovascular workout. Participants perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, abdominal work and toning exercises. No swimming skills are needed however comfort in the water is a must.

HATHA YOGA – General category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

HIIT – Build and chisel during these high energy strength, core and cardio intervals that will tone and define your entire body.

KETTLEBELL – Class utilizing kettlebells that incorporate movements that result in a dynamic, whole-body exercise routine that incorporates cardiovascular, resistance and range-of-motion training.

KICKBOXING*Utilizes boxing gloves and boxing bags. Gives a great cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout.

MORNINGBURN/AFTERBURN/NOONBURN – Designed to provide a total body workout and to elevate your heart rate. These classes utilizes athletic drills, ropes, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, and more to develop strength and conditioning through functional exercise.

TRX BODY BLAST* – Fire up your core, hit every major muscle group and get ready to sweat with this total-body TRX Suspension Training workout.

PILATES MIX – A mind-body connection/awareness practice and total body conditioning workout. Helps improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility, breathing and core strength. This class incorporates exercise equipment.

SHALLOW WATER FITNESS** – Class focused on movements and exercise in shallow water. **Takes place in the pool.

STEP – Step up and down to a variety of moves.

YIN YOGA – Slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

YOGA – A total mind-body workout featuring cardio conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing and relaxation.

ZUMBA – A fun, Latin dance inspired workout with easy to follow steps that let you naturally move to the beat. Zumba brings together Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Raggaeton, African Beats, Cumbia and Funk.



We offer a number of Water Fitness Classes to challenge you and get you moving. We encourage participants to wear one of the Y’s flotation belts to help with control and buoyancy. These classes do not require sign up, simply show up ready for class. All fitness and skill levels are welcome and all water fitness classes are free and included with membership.
